Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

At WebKitchenDepot (WKD), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. We want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. Please carefully review the following Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy for your orders:

1. Order Cancellations

• If an order is delayed due to the carrier or is still in transit, and the customer decides to cancel the order during transit, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees and additional costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.

• Custom-made items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

2. Shipping and Fees

• Shipping Fees: Most of our equipment ships directly from the manufacturer to customers with free shipping. However, some items, including custom-made products, may incur additional shipping fees.

• For custom-made products (e.g., wok ranges, smokehouses, buffet tables, steamers, etc.), freight quotes are based on estimated weight and may not reflect the actual freight charges from the carrier. Customers must approve any changes to shipping charges before the order is finalized.

• Additional Services: Special services such as lift-gate, inside delivery, re-routing, re-delivery, or any other special requests will incur additional charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

3. Return Policy

• All equipment is subject to the manufacturer's return policy. If you need to return an item, please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping fees as well as any restocking fees. Return and restocking fees typically range from 25% to 50%, depending on the manufacturer's policy.

• Custom-made and special orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Lost Products

• Damage During Transit: WKD is not responsible for damages or loss that occur during transit. Upon delivery, customers must inspect all products for any damages or shortages and note any issues on the freight bill before signing.

• If damages are found, please retain the shipping cartons and packaging, request an inspection from the carrier, and file a claim directly with the carrier.

• Assistance for Non-English Speakers: If you encounter difficulties with communication due to language barriers, WKD is happy to assist you in resolving issues with the freight company.

5. Product Accuracy

• Before placing an order, please double-check the product's dimensions, specifications, and other details to ensure the item is correct for your needs. We encourage you to verify all details carefully, as returns due to incorrect orders may incur fees.

6. Warranty and Quality Issues

• All quality issues or warranty claims will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

7. Customer Support

• If you have any quality issues or warranty claims, WKD is here to assist. We will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure any problems are addressed, especially for non-English speaking customers. Please reach out to us with any inquiries, and we'll do our best to support you.

8. Payment and Service Fees

• Returned Checks: A $85 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

• Collection Fees: If payment is not received, all collection fees and legal fees will be added to the outstanding balance.

• Payment Confirmation: By making payment or purchasing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions, with or without a signature.

9. Custom-made Orders and Special Orders

• Deposit for Custom-made Orders and Special Orders: All custom-made and special orders require a 50% deposit or full payment before processing, depending on the manufacturer's policy. These orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once confirmed.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Order Modifications: WKD reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any confirmed orders for any reason based on special circumstances.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing or making payment for an order, customers confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions, with or without a signature.
