Damaged or Lost Products
Damage During Transit: WKD is not responsible for damages or loss that occur during transit. Upon delivery, customers must inspect all products for any damages or shortages and note any issues on the freight bill before signing.
If damages are found, please retain the shipping cartons and packaging, request an inspection from the carrier, and file a claim directly with the carrier.
