ADA compliant with a 34-in. work surface height and 3-in.-diameter stem castors
Stainless steel exterior with a GalFan-coated, steel back
Top and backsplash are formed together to prevent food particles from getting stuck
Interior has a clear-coated, aluminum liner, a stainless steel floor, and coved corners
Entire structure is foamed in place with polyurethane insulation
Each drawer is fitted with a 12-in.-long, recessed handle with sheet metal interlock
Gaskets, slides, and rollers are removable without tools for quick cleaning
Each drawer accommodates (1) 12-in.-L x 20-in.-W x 6-in.-D food pan (sold separately)
Temperature holding range: 33-38 degrees F
Oversized refrigeration system has guided airflow to provide uniform temperatures
Evaporator is epoxy coated to eliminate corrosion potential
Condensing unit is in the back and slides out for expedited cleaning
Capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant
Fan motors circulate a consistent air volume with minimal energy use and heat generation
Reversing of fan motor for 20 seconds upon start up blows dirt and dust off condenser coil
