The YONG XIN Chinese Stove (YXCS Series) is ideal for the ultimate in Chinese Cooking. All chambers are individually heated with triple-ring cast iron, high-output burners. Each chamber contains its own stainless steel clean out tray to catch spillage. Top plate water cooling and cleaning system is standard on all models except N.S.F. Gutter drain available on either left or right side.
